Large-scale EC long lifetime EC motor fans are designed for high airflow and high pressure performance. The impeller diameter ranges from 310 mm to 710 mm, delivering airflow up to 25,000 m³/h and static pressure up to 1900 Pa.
These fans can easily overcome resistance in complex duct systems, enabling long-distance and large-area ventilation.
The series uses three-phase EC motors with input power ranging from 300 W to 5700 W, and motor sizes from 138 mm to 218 mm. Motor efficiency exceeds 90%, significantly reducing electricity costs during long-term operation.
The impellers are made from thickened aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment, providing excellent wear resistance and high-temperature durability. For applications exceeding 60°C, external control board solutions can be customized. Large ball bearings provide excellent lubrication performance and vibration damping, ensuring stable operation in industrial plants, warehouses, and heat exchangers requiring high-capacity ventilation.
