Carefully Select The Installation Location

Precautions for Using Centrifugal Fans
Pre-Startup Checks and Preparations
Inspect whether the motor inlet and control wires are securely fastened. Check if all component connecting screws are securely fastened. Ensure the bearing oil level (for oil-lubricated bearings) is at the correct level in the sight hole. Check if the inlet damper operates smoothly and close it. Open the cooling water valve and confirm unobstructed water flow. Notify the control room that it is safe to start.
Startup
Under normal circumstances, start the fan according to the startup sequence from the electrical control room. After startup and when the motor reaches normal speed, immediately open the inlet damper and adjust it to the required position (controlled from the control room). Monitor whether the current falls within the specified range. Listen for normal sounds from the fan, bearing, and observe bearing vibrations. If the initial startup is not successful, identify the cause and rectify it before attempting another startup.
Shutdown
Under normal circumstances, shut down the system in accordance with the designated shutdown sequence from the electrical control room. Ensure that personnel wear proper protective equipment.
Do not use wet rags or other tools to clean energized equipment. If cleaning is necessary, ensure that power is disconnected. Prohibit any unauthorized actions and strictly adhere to equipment safety regulations.
