Product Introduction

The EC motor used in EC ahu centrifugal fan adopts a high-efficiency permanent magnet design. Compared with traditional AC motors, permanent magnet motors provide smoother magnetic field synchronization and faster response speeds. Speed adjustment can be completed within milliseconds, allowing the fan to quickly respond to changing ventilation demands.

Motor efficiency can exceed 90%, significantly improving electrical energy conversion efficiency and reducing energy waste. Because less energy is lost as heat, the motor generates less thermal buildup and typically does not require additional cooling systems.

Permanent magnet motors are also smaller and lighter, which helps reduce the overall size and weight of the fan, making installation easier in compact spaces while lowering transportation and installation costs.

To meet the cooling needs of compact equipment and installations with limited space, the EC ahu centrifugal fan series has been developed. The nominal diameters range from 133 mm to 225 mm, featuring a compact structure that can be easily embedded inside electronic cabinets or small instruments.

The impeller is made from PA66 reinforced plastic with 30% glass fiber (PA66+GF30%), providing lightweight construction and low rotational inertia. Combined with compact EC motors, the input power ranges from 30W to 500W, resulting in extremely low energy consumption.

Despite its small size, the fan offers excellent heat dissipation performance, quickly removing heat generated by internal electronic components and preventing overheating damage.

The fan supports two installation options: bracket-free installation or customized sheet-metal mounting brackets. Brackets can be made from galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, or aluminum, with optional electrophoretic coating for enhanced corrosion resistance.

The mini series has passed CCC and CE certifications and is widely used in rail transit equipment, small instruments, and residential fresh-air ventilation systems.
